Item conditions:

We encourage you to check our Record Gradings page before placing any orders for new or used vinyl records. We do not offer refunds when item conditions have been accurate but misinterpreted.

All of our products are carefully graded for condition prior to listing. If you believe the condition of an item has been misrepresented, please contact us so that we may discuss options. Please note that proof of condition may be required.

Loss or damage in transit:

During checkout customers are presented with their choice of shipping or postage method. We do not offer refunds in case of loss or damage in transit.
